Before you download
You can read the ebook PDF or stream the audiobook in your private library. If you may need a refund, contact us before downloading any purchased file.
Download-based refund restriction
Once any purchased EPUB, PDF, MP3, or M4B file is downloaded, that purchase is no longer eligible for a voluntary refund. We record download requests to apply this policy. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Access and file problems
- Contact us if your secure library email does not arrive
- We will help with missing, inaccessible, or defective files
- A full refund revokes access to that refunded purchase
- Contact us before downloading if the product may not fit your needs
