Digital downloads and refunds
You may read the ebook or stream the audiobook in your private library before downloading. Once any purchased file is downloaded, that purchase is no longer eligible for a voluntary refund. This restriction does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Access problems, missing files, and defective files remain eligible for support.
